The Shawnee Twin Lakes Association, Inc. (STLA) was initially formed in September 2005 and is comprised of individuals who lease lakefront lots around the Shawnee Twin Lakes. Our primary objectives are to:       - Protect and preserve our valuable water resource.       - Represent leaseholder rights and interests.       - Improve security around the lakes.       - Host area clean-up and beautification projects.       - Provide education on lake-related topics.       - Share information of interest among members. Annual July 4th Boat Parade Registration: Boat Registration, Waiver of Liability The STLA’s quarterly 8-page newsletter which contains articles about the lake and related topics is available to the public for $20 per year. Annual community events hosted by the STLA are also open to the public and will be publicized on this web site.
